A 30-minute call or email — we identify your situation and what you need. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help. Not every accounting question falls in our area.
We send an engagement letter spelling out scope and fees, then have one more call to align on details. Fees are always upfront, always clear. Hourly is the default; fixed-fee is available too.
Once started — quarterly and annual work runs on schedule, changing tax law (OBBBA and beyond) is applied immediately, and we respond right away if a sales tax issue or audit notice comes up. The same person stays on it — no need to re-explain from scratch each time.
